  1. Seriously Mox, you have to stop being so damn cute. Otherwise I'll start fantasizing about dating you...

  5. Hi Mox, I just found your blog and I'm very happy I did! I'm also a translator (German-English) and I love your comic strips! Keep up the good work :)

  6. As a single translator who continues to try to date, I so identify with this strip. Indeed, the first question I ask on dating websites is about the last book a person read. Responses are all too often things like "I don't like reading" and "I read Cosmo cover to cover every month." Intelligent life is all too hard to find.

  9. Hi, Mox. I mostly don't translate documents. (Thank goodness?) Anyway, I was surfing today and found this little gem about Google Translate. I know no one needs more Google translate material to facepalm over, but watching it is still a good break to take from translating: http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2013/01/16/fresh-prince-google-translated-viral-video_n_2489787.html?utm_hp_ref=fb&src=sp&comm_ref=false

  11. The original language chick is the cutest of the three, too. Although they're all a bit on the skinny side. Good stuff.

You make me feel happy how to deal with certain humor. It is very important to be happy to fulfill with the most demanding translation projects.
