  2. Reminds me of an agency who recently changed their invoicing terms to comply to a newly enforced French law. Instead of paying at 90 days (now illegal, as 60 days is a maximum) they require translators to send a monthly invoice on the last day of the month, which they will then pay at 60 days...Clever, innit?

I'm also tempted to send this one to a client of mine, who requires that i send an email before the 5th of each month asking for a list of the projects i made the previous month and then i can send an invoice, which is paid after the 20th. So i have to ask permission to send the invoice, so to speak.
