    Thank you for the mention, Mox! Cooking Mofongo was such a fun! I cannot wait to translate my next cooking novel, although last time I gained quite a few extra kilos thanks to Mofongo and the rest of delicious Puerto Rican recipes in La abuela Lola... :-)
