Today marks the six-month anniversary when I posted the first (mis)adventure of Mox.
To be honest, I did not expect such success among translators and interpreters all around the world. During this half year, I have received almost one hundred thousand visits, hundreds of mails, and Mox's cartoons have been reproduced in (at least) six translation magazines and newsletters in three continents.
Thank you.
To commemorate this occasion, I have compiled the best Mox cartoons in a Powerpoint presentation. I hope you enjoy them.
Thank you, you made my day
ReplyDeleteMuchas gracias por tu tiras, son geniales!
ReplyDeleteOh my! My husband MUST see this
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!!!
ReplyDeleteOh boy, it was a delight to see your presentation. I wish I could translate it in French so my wife could understand it too. Do you have any plans about translating your sketches?
ReplyDeleteThank you, that was really fun!
ReplyDeleteI'm forwarding it to friends & family and hope they will at last understand our work ;-D
Though I would rather send it to some of my clients and PMs
Keep up the good work, Alejandro - your characters and storylines are great and ring all too true!
ReplyDeleteMerci beaucoup Alejandro. Your cartoons are always so funny!
ReplyDeleteYou do deserve this success, Alejandro! Your cartoons are brilliant! Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the compilation! :)
ReplyDeletesindändùne, Jenna, Patu, Marie-Hélène, Claudine, Ilaria and Aka, thank you very much for your comments. It's my pleasure to divulgate translators' daily life.
ReplyDeleteThierry, I'm afraid that, as of today, I don't plan to translate the strips. Almost all translators can speak English nowadays.
Noema, I liked the idea of sending them to your PMs, ;)
Congratulations, Alejandro! Your success is well deserved and please continue telling us about Mox's misadventures (i.e., ours). I just don't know how do you find the time for it, given our tough schedules...
ReplyDeleteCristina
