    The blond guy sounds exactly like my boss... Anyway, I am happy to be a slavelance translator, there is just 3 of us in the company and we have lots of fun (mainly criticizing our not-so-clever boss).

    The owner of the little translation agency where I work earnt about 145k€ net last year. He says it's not enough and keeps looking for ways to reduce expenses. That is, paying less to employees and freelance translators. He also makes us translate in both directions (from and into our native tongue).
